  • Rooms starting from R5,200
  • Application Fee: R350 (not applicable for NSFAS students)
  • Deposit: R2 000 OR equal to 1st month for 11 & 12-month options
  • Lease options: 10/ 11/ 12 month agreement
  • Self-Funded Student Discounts: Full Payment 5% / 2-Part Payment 3%
  • Your admin fee will be credited to your account in month-2 of your lease agreement.
