SRD Grant Payment Dates for February 2024

 
The Social Relief of Distress Grant (SRD Grant) is intended for citizens in South Africa who are unemployed and do not have financial means to support themselves.

If you are one of the 7 million people relying on the SRD grant, you will be wondering when your next payment will be. For the month of February 2024, SASSA has announced that payments will be made between the dates of 23 February and 29 February 2024.

What this means is, SASSA will make payments of the R350 SRD grant between 23 and 29 February, and the funds will be available for withdrawal within 2 to 3 working days after they have been paid.

 

Before you can receive your SRD grant payment, you will need to have been “approved”. Check your SASSA SRD Status here.

Recipients of the R350 grant are encouraged to check their status each day to verify which date their payment will be made.
