WHAT FIELDS OF STUDY DOES THE ANALYZE CONSULTING BURSARY COVER?

Analyze Consulting is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme and learnership, for the 2027 academic year.

Bursaries will be awarded for studies towards an Honours equivalent degree, majoring in Information Systems / Informatics or Industrial Engineering. The following qualifications will be covered:

  • BBusSc with a major in Information Systems
  • BCom Honours in Information Systems / Informatics
  • BEng Honours in Industrial Engineering

After completing their studies, students will complete a 1 year paid learnership, in Cape Town or Johannesburg, with the potential of full-time employment thereafter.

WHAT EXPENSES DOES THE ANALYZE CONSULTING BURSARY COVER?

The bursary will provide cover for the following expenses: full university fees, registration fees and exam fees. (The bursary will NOT cover accommodation fees/ living expenses).

WHAT OTHER BENEFITS DOES THE ANALYZE CONSULTING BURSARY OFFER?

Students will take part in a 3 week internship during honours year to gain real-world experience.

Bursary recipients will also receive exposure to a consulting business environment, support for their career development during the learnership, as well as formal and informal training.

WHAT IS THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE ANALYZE CONSULTING BURSARY?

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):

  • You must be a South African citizen (by birth or descent)
  • You must be Black (per the B-BBEE Act: African, Coloured, Indian or Chinese)
  • You must have completed Matric
  • You must have achieved a minimum of level 4 for English Home Language OR level 5 for English Second Language in Matric
  • You must be enrolled to study full-time, towards an Honours equivalent degree, majoring in Information Systems / Informatics or Industrial Engineering
  • You must have achieved a minimum overall average of 60% for your 2nd and 3rd year of University study
  • You must be interested in pursuing a career in consulting
  • You must have excellent analytical skills
  • You must have strong problem-solving capabilities
  • You must be willing to partake in the 1 year internship, in Cape Town or Johannesburg after graduation
