South Africa Wine Bursary South Africa 2026

ABOUT THE BURSARY PROVIDER – SOUTH AFRICA WINE

South Africa Wine is the national organisation that represents wine grape producers, cellars, wine-related businesses, and wholesalers across the country. As a non-profit body, it plays an important role in supporting and growing the local wine and brandy industry.

The organisation focuses on four main areas: industry affairs, research and innovation, transformation and skills development, and expanding consumer and market opportunities. Through this work, South Africa Wine helps strengthen the entire value chain – from vineyards to global markets.

The bursary is designed for individuals who are passionate about viticulture, oenology, wine business, sustainable practices, and the future skills needed to keep the industry thriving.
