Bursaries will be awarded for Engineering and Science degree studies, within the Mining and Resources sector, at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SRK CONSULTING BURSARY

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):

• You must be currently in Matric or have completed Matric
• You must be studying or intend on studying full time towards an Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualification, in Engineering or Science degree, within the Mining and Resources sector
• You must be passionate about shaping sustainable futures through science, innovation, and impact

Students who meet the above criteria, can apply by following these steps:

Step 2: Submit clear copies of the following supporting documents via email to: bursary@srk.co.za
(Insert the words “SRK Consulting Bursary 2026” in the email subject line).

Note: the submission of these documents is compulsory – if any items are missing, your application may be disqualified:

• ID document (certified copy)
• Most recent academic results: Matric latest results/ Matric certificate/ university academic record
• Curriculum Vitae
• Motivational letter to support your application (read our tips on how to write a motivational letter for your bursary application)
• Proof of fees for 2026 (or use 2025 fees and add on 10%, if you cannot get a 2026 fee statement)
