ABOUT THE PROBE IMT BURSARY PROGRAMME – FIELDS COVERED

Probe Integrated Mining Technologies is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme, for the 2026 academic year.

Bursaries will be awarded for Undergraduate (including Honours) studies, within the following fields:

  • Data Analyst, Computer Science, Data Science (BSc & BCom)
  • Electrical Engineering (Light Current)
  • Finance
  • Human Resources
  • Marketing
  • Mechatronic Engineering
  • Software Engineering

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROBE IMT BURSARY

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):

  • You must be a South African citizen
  • You must have completed Matric
  • You must be studying or intend on studying towards an undergraduate (including Honours) qualification, within one of the fields of study listed above
  • You must have achieved a university exemption pass in Matric
  • You must have achieved a minimum of 60% or Level Code 5(B) for English in Matric
  • You must have achieved a minimum of 60% or Level Code 5(B) for Mathematics in Matric
  • You must have achieved a minimum of 60% or Level Code 5(B) for Science in Matric
  • You must be studying or intend on studying at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa
