Agtech@NWK is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme, for the 2026 academic year.
Bursaries will be awarded for Bachelor of Science Honours in Agricultural.

MORE ABOUT THE AGTECH@NWK BURSARY PROGRAMME
Bursary recipients will be required to complete the following during university breaks: Complete practical training at Agtech@NWK, gain real-world agricultural industry exposure and receive induction and hands-on experience with professionals in the field.
After graduation, students may be offered employment within the NWK Group.
Students will complete their practical training at Agtech@NWK in Lichtenburg.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AGTECH@NWK BURSARY
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):
- You must be studying towards an Honours degree in BSc Agriculture
- You must be able to maintain a minimum overall average of 50% pass per module
- You must be passionate about agriculture
- You must be committed, responsible, and career-driven
- You must be willing to complete practical training during course breaks, at Agtech@NWK in Lichtenburg
- You must NOT be receiving any other bursaries or funding without prior approval

Students who meet the above criteria, may request a copy of the application form by emailing: rachel@nwk.co.za
(Insert the words “AgTech@NWK Bursary 2026” in the email subject line).
Enter “www.zabursaries.co.za” in the field asking how you heard about the AgTech@NWK bursary.
You may be required to submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation along with your completed application form (the submission of these documents is compulsory – if any items are missing, your application be disregarded):
- ID document (certified copy)
- Matric certificate
- Proof of undergraduate qualification completed
- Latest tertiary statement of results
- Proof of tertiary registration/ acceptance
